International cycling stage races, included in the 2nd category of the UCI Europe Tour, which followed the traditional criterion, the Grand Prix of the City of Hradec Králové

Assignment for the event organization:

• Complete route planning of individual stages and providing related logistics
• Negotiations with the UCI
• Close cooperation with municipalities in the Hradec Králové region, and in individual stage cities, IRS units, and with partners regarding the smooth provision of the event
• Preparation of the budget, securing the financing of the action and subsequent accounting. Working with grants and financial contributions from event partners
• Management of the organizational team and volunteers
• Close cooperation with individual cycling teams
• Providing accommodation, meals for individual cycling teams and participants in races
• Complete sports provision for the event
• Providing the accompanying program
